The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur as a result. (Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been raised over parts of Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Cavite and Rizal are also experiencing moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds.
