(Eagle News)–The northeast monsoon is  affecting Luzon and Visayas today, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. According to PAGASA, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains as a result. (Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Burgos, Bangui and Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said  moderate to heavy rainshowers with possible lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are expected over Zamboanga City, Lanao del Sur, South Cotabato, Davao Occidental and Sultan  Kudarat.
