(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Luzon. (Eagle News) — Severe Tropical Storm “Nanmadol” may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility tonight or tomorrow morning.
