DOH: Husband of fourth Omicron variant case positive for COVID-19

(Eagle News) — The husband of the Philippines’ reported fourth Omicron variant case has tested positive for COVID-19. (Eagle News) — The fatalities due to Typhoon “Odette” have risen to 389, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said. (Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the Philippines rose to 2,838,381 on Saturday, Dec. 25, after the Department of Health reported 433 additional cases. According to the DOH, of the total cases, 9376 were active. Of these, 458 were asymptomatic, 3430 were mild, 3337 were moderate, 1777 were severe and 374 were critical. (Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the Philippines rose to 2,838,032 on Friday, Dec. 24, with the addition of 310 cases. According to the Department of Health, of the total cases, 9321 were active.
