LTFRB: Over 69,000 PUVs authorized to ply M. Manila streets

Moderate to heavy rains expected in M. Manila, other areas

(Eagle News)–Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration  said the same conditions are expected in Bataan, Rizal, Pampanga, and Quezon within the next two hours. BuCor spokesperson tests positive for COVID-19

Customs bureau: P6.5 million worth of misdeclared luxury bags, shoes intercepted at NAIA

(Eagle News)–The Bureau of Customs on Friday, Sept. 18, said it seized P6.5 million worth of misdeclared luxury bags and shoes at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. DILG hiring 2,000 contact tracers for Quezon City

PNP reports 62 more COVID-19 recoveries among police personnel

(Eagle News)–The Philippine National Police has reported 62 new COVID-19 recoveries among police personnel. With the additional recoveries, the PNP said the total climbed to 3813 as of Wednesday night. Twenty-seven additional COVID-19 cases pushed the tally to 5233. Of these, the PNP said 1404 were active.
