(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Thursday, July 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 4:50 a.m. The epicenter was 348 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 148 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
