According to Proclamation No. 1167 signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, the declaration was in commemoration of the city’s 450th founding anniversary. Immigration bureau: Fully-vaccinated passengers still need to present proof of quarantine booking

(Eagle News) — Fully-vaccinated passengers still need to present proof of booking accommodation at a government-accredited facility to be allowed entry into the country. According to Immigration chief Jaime Morente, fully vaccinated passengers are not exempted from quarantine protocols. PNP to continue enforcing face shield policy; violators to be given a warning
