The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are being experienced over Fuga Island, Apayao, particularly in Conner and Kabugao;  Cagayan, specifically in Lasam, Rizal, Santa Ana and Santo Niño. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said oderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City, and Basilan. (Eagle News)-The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Surigao del Sur. PAGASA said the LPA was located 655 kilometers east of Hinatuan.
