(Eagle News) — The weather disturbance east of Mindanao is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Tuesday evening. (Eagle News) — The tropical depression spotted off Mindanao is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Tuesday, Dec. 14.
