The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over the province. (Eagle News)–Cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers are expected in the country today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers are expected due to the easterlies. The ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) also extends over Northern Luzon. The eastern section of Northern Luzon and the rest of the country, PAGASA said, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
