(Eagle News)–Tropical Storm “Atsani” is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Sunday afternoon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate to at times heavy rains are affecting Camarines Sur and Catanduanes. DOTr: 277,047 OFWs have returned to respective provinces under gov’t’s Hatid-Tulong program

(Eagle News)–Over 200,000 Overseas Filipino Workers have returned to their respective provinces under the Hatid-Tulong program of the government. The Department of Transportation said the 277,047 OFWs were as of Oct. 29. Of these, 84538 were transported by land, and 13851 over air since May 25. 50 more police personnel recover from COVID-19

(Eagle News)–Fifty more police personnel have recovered from COVID-19. The Philippine National Police said with the additional recoveries, the number of police personnel who recovered from the disease rose to 6582. Forty-four new COVID-19 cases, however, pushed the total to 7185. Of these, 581 were active. The death toll remains at 22, with no additional deaths reported.
