(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been raised over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to occasionally heavy rains are expected over Cagayan (Alcala and Amulung), and Isabela (Cabagan, Divilacan and Tumauini).
