3.3-magnitude quake hits Davao del Sur

(Eagle News)-A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck Davao del Sur on Wednesday, Jan. 1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which took place at 6:56 a.m., had its epicenter 9 kilometers southwest of Bansalan. Depth of focus was 4 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

NDRRMC: Death toll due to “Ursula” rises to 50
