Laguna confirms 17 COVID-19 cases

(Eagle News)–Laguna province has recorded 17 coronavirus disease 2019 cases so far. Gov. Ramil Hernandez said of the 17, seven were from Santa Rosa, three from Biñan, two from Calamba and San Pedro, and one each from Cabuyao, Los Baños and Lumban. Hernandez said 687 persons are under investigation, while 8859 are under monitoring. Over 1000 persons under monitoring have been cleared, he said.

MMDA general manager Jojo Garcia tests positive for COVID-19

MIAA releases list of NAIA-1 operational flights starting Saturday, March 28

(Eagle News)–The Manila International Airport Authority has released its list of operational flights starting Saturday, March 28. Below is a list: MIAA said the flight schedules may change at any given time. “In such cases, please contact your airline for confirmation,” MIAA said. Earlier, MIAA said flight operations will be concentrated in  the Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 1 starting March 28 to reduce the risk of exposure of airport personnel to COVID-19.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III did not identify the DOH official but said the patient was exhibiting mild symptoms. Duque did not give any more details.
