(Eagle News)–The northeast monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result,  Batanes and Babuyan Group of islands will have cloudy skies with light rains. Visayas, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the easterlies. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
