(Eagle News)– Batanes and Babuyan Group of islands will have cloudy skies with light rains today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said this was due to the northeast monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
Visayas, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, this time due to the easterlies.
Mindanao will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
