(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude struck off Eastern Samar on Wednesday, Nov. 9. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit 106 kilometers northeast of Mercedes. It had a depth of focus of 39 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

(Eagle News)–A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Sunday, Nov. 6. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 8:03 a.m. The quake struck 334 kilometers southwest of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 251 kilometers. No damage to property was reported but aftershocks were.

(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Saturday, Nov. 5. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 12:58 a.m. The epicenter was 411 kilometers southeast of Sarangani Island. The depth of focus was 243 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

37 volcanic quakes monitored in Kanlaon in last 24 hours: PHIVOLCS

(Eagle News) — Thirty-seven volcanic earthquakes were monitored in Kanlaon in the last 24 hours. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said of the 37, one was felt with an Intensity II in Canlaon City and La Castellana.
