(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been raised over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Ilocos Norte(Banna, San Nicolas and Sarrat), and Isabela(Ilagan City and Quirino).
