3.4-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental early Saturday, Nov. 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 103 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 12:33 a.m. Depth of focus was 93 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.  

3.4-magnitude quake jolts Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Friday, Nov. 29. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 194 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos at 8:29 p.m. Depth of focus was 60 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

(Eagle News) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Oriental on Thursday, Nov. 28. (Eagle News) — A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over portions of Ilocos Sur due to the northeast monsoon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rains are expected over  Vigan City, Sta. Catalina, Caoayan and San Ildefonso.
