COVID-19 cases in PHL reach 103,185 with 5,032 newly-announced cases

Former Comelec commissioner Borra passes away
(Eagle News)–Former Commission on Elections Commissioner Resurreccion Borra passed away on Saturday, Aug. 1. Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez made the confirmation in a Tweet.
