DOH reports 3,073 more COVID-19 cases; PHL tally at 307,288

(Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 307,000 mark after the Department of Health reported additional 3073 cases today. The DOH said of the 307,288, 49,242 were active. Of these, 86.4 percent were mild, 8.7 percent asymptomatic, 1.5 percent severe, and 3.4 percent critical. 16 Filipino seafarers stranded in China amid COVID-19 pandemic to arrive in PHL tomorrow

(Eagle News)–The Philippine National Police has reported 56 additional COVID-19 recoveries  among police personnel. The PNP said with the additional recoveries, the total number of recoveries among the police rose to 4556. Forty-six additional COVID-19 cases brought the total to 5751. Of these, 1178 were active. DFA repatriates over 9,000 overseas Filipinos this week

(Eagle News)–The Department of Foreign Affairs  repatriated over 9,000 Filipinos abroad this week. The DFA said with the additional 9,574 overseas Filipinos,  the total number of repatriated Filipinos since February rises to 195,224. Of the total, the DFA said 34.6 percent or 67,484 were sea-based, while 65.4 percent or 127,740 were land-based. (Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 304,000 mark on Sunday, Sept. 27, after the Department of Health reported additional 2995 cases.
