Buses under DOTr’s free ride for health workers program to receive additional fuel subsidies

(Eagle News)–Starting Monday, April 13, additional fuel subsidies will be given to bus units participating in the Department of Transportation’s Free Ride for Health Workers Program. COVID-19 cases in Navotas reach 13

(Eagle News)–The number of coronavirus disease 2019 cases in Navotas has reached 13. The local government said of the 13, three have died. Of the 13, one each was from Navotas East and  NBBS Kaunlaran. (Eagle News)–A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Davao Occidental early Saturday, April 11. This was hours after a 6.0-magnitude quake hit Basco, Batanes. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 12:44 a.m., was  tectonic in origin. It struck some  37 kilometers northeast of Basco. DOH: No evidence spraying, misting of areas with disinfectants work vs COVID-19

(Eagle News)–The Department of Health on Friday, April 10, discouraged the public against spraying or misting as a  way to disinfect  against the coronavirus disease 2019. PCG: No-sail policy still in effect in Visayas region
