(Eagle News)–The number of COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 245,000 mark on Wednesday, Sept. 9, after the Department of Health reported 3176 additional cases. (Eagle News)–A 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Wednesday, Sept. 9. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 3:18 p.m., had its epicenter 159 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.
