(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Monday, March 28. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:52 a.m. The epicenter was 304 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 61 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
