3.1-magnitude quake hits Occidental Mindoro

(Eagle News)-A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Tuesday, Dec. 24. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 80 kilometers southhwest of Looc at 2:34 a.m. Depth of focus was 22 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
