(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake hit Negros Occidental today, July 4. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:17 a.m., had its epicenter 143 kilometers southwest of Sipalay. It had a depth of 30 kilometers.
