(Eagle News)–An Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Southern Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening, also as a result of localized thunderstorms. (Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Nueva Ecija and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are also expected over Zambales, Tarlac and Laguna within the next two hours. Easterlies affecting parts of PHL

(Eagle News)–The easterlies are affecting parts of the country today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said  Mindanao will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers  mostly in the afternoon or evening also due to  localized thunderstorms. PAGASA said Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro will have these conditions too. Light to moderate winds will prevail in those areas, which  will have slight to moderate waters.
