Thunderstorm advisory hoisted over parts of Mindanao

(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers with possible lightning and strong winds are expected over Zamboanga Sibugay within the next two hours. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result,  Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers. Tropical Cyclone Blake forms over northern Australia

SYDNEY, Australia  (AFP) — A tropical cyclone formed off the northwestern coast of Australia Monday, threatening the town of Broome with destructive 125 kilometers (80 miles) per hour winds, meteorologists said. Temperatura sa Baguio City muling bumaba sa 10.4 degrees Celsius

(Eagle News) — Bumagsak muli sa mababang temperatura ang klima sa Baguio City nitong umaga, Enero 24. Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), muling naitala ang 10.4 degrees Celsius sa siyudad pasado ala-sais ng umaga. Kapareho ito sa pinakamababang temperatura na naitala sa lungsod noong Enero 22. Kahapon naman ay naitala ang 11.5 degrees Celsius na minimum na temperatura sa Baguio City.
