PHL includes US in list of countries subject to travel restrictions

PHL COVID-19 cases reach 475,820; 106 more recover

(Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 475,000 mark on Friday, January 1, 2021, after the Department of Health reported 1765 additional cases. The DOH said of the total 475820 cases, 26677 or 5.6 percent were active. NBI to investigate unauthorized vaccinations vs COVID-19

(Eagle News) — Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra has ordered the National Bureau of Investigation to look into the unauthorized inoculations with COVID-19 vaccines. 12 more police personnel recover from COVID-19

(Eagle News) — Twelve more police personnel have recovered from COVID-19. The Philippine National Police said with the additional recoveries, the PNP COVID-19 recovery toll rose to 8612. Twenty additional COVID-19 cases, however, pushed the PNP total to 8985. Of these, 346 were active. No additional death was reported, which means the PNP COVID-19 death toll remains at 27.
