(Eagle News)–Six men were killed after a house in Quezon City collapsed on Friday, Dec. 14. Authorities said Nilo Mangoso, Donald Conde, Benito Añora, Ryan Regueros, Johnny Gabin and Reymark Diestro were having a drinking session on the rooftop of the house in Barangay Bahay Toro when the incident took place. The house was reportedly beside a river. Authorities are still investigating the incident.

A report from the Bureau of Fire Protection said Merrian Vargas, 55, sustained burns in her right arm in the blaze in a bungalow in Green Meadows Subdivision in Barangay Ugong Norte. (Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has accredited two other Transportation Network Companies. Accredited were Aztech Solution International Inc. and Ryd Global Inc. Based on their certificates of accreditation released to the media, the accreditation will be effective for two years from the date of approval. The certificates were signed by LTFRB chair Martin Delgra III and Board Member Ronaldo Corpus. They were attested to by LTFRB executive director Samuel Jardin.
