MIAA releases list of operational commercial flights for Friday, June 12

(Eagle News)–The Manila International Airport Authority has released its list of operational commercial flights. MIAA said the list was for Friday, June 12: Flight schedules may be subject to changes. Several airlines have announced a resumption of flights amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Transportation Secretary Art Tugade has said domestic flights were allowed for as long as there was approval from the local government. International travel restrictions remain in place, the government had said.

H. Monroy St. in Barangay Navotas West on lockdown starting Thursday, June 11

MRT-3 reminds public each train car can carry only 51 passengers

(Eagle News)–The Metro Rail Transit-3 reminded commuters on Wednesday, June 10, that passengers on trains are limited amid the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the MRT-3, each train set can only carry 153 passengers, with each train car carrying 51 people. PAL cancels several flights between PHL and US, Canada

Two more House employees test positive for COVID-19

(Eagle News)-Two more House employees have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. House Secretary General Jose Montales said the employees are a married couple. He said one is assigned at the Printing Office and the other at the engineering department. They last reported for work on May 28. In March, several House employees tested positive for COVID-19. At least one of them passed away.
