DFA: 208 Filipinos abroad positive for COVID-19

(Eagle News)–Over 200 Filipinos abroad have been confirmed to have the coronavirus disease 2019, the Department of Foreign Affairs said. According to the DFA,  the 280 were dispersed in the following regions, Asia and Pacific, Europe, Middle East/Africa, and Americas, in 28 countries and areas. Las Piñas COVID-19 cases rise to 20

QC confirms 113 COVID-19 cases, 19 deaths

Nine recover (Eagle News)–The number of coronavirus disease 2019 cases in Quezon City has reached the 100 mark. According to the city government, of the 113 COVID-19 cases recorded, 19 died and 9 have recovered. Patients under probe are 64 while patients under monitoring have reached 307. The Philippines has confirmed over 1000 COVID-19 cases.

DOTr expands free bus ride operations for health workers to Laguna

(Eagle News)–The Department of Transportation has extended its free bus ride operations for health workers to Laguna. In a statement, the DOTr said  health frontliners can now be transported to and from  Calamba, Sta. Rosa, Binan and San Pedro.
