PAGASA monitoring LPA off Palawan

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Palawan. According to the weather bureau, the LPA was so far located 305 kilometers west of Puerto Princesa.
