Lopez town in Quezon province flooded after heavy rains
(Eagle News) — The town of Lopez in Quezon province experienced severe flooding because of heavy rains, including those brought by storm Pepito. In this video report by Eagle News correspondent Yael Salvador, floods can be seen even in the streets. Many residents were evacuated by the local government.
