(Eagle News) — The town of Lopez in Quezon province experienced severe flooding because of heavy rains, including those brought by storm Pepito.
In this video report by Eagle News correspondent Yael Salvador, floods can be seen even in the streets.
Many residents were evacuated by the local government. Social distancing and other health protocols were maintained in the evacuation centers amid the continuing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
