(Eagle News)–The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds will prevail over Visayas, while winds will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro. These areas will have slight to moderate seas.  

Parts of Mindanao also under thunderstorm advisory (Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Metro Manila and Mindanao.
