(Eagle News)–Forty-seven volcanic earthquakes were monitored in Bulusan in the last 24 hours. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, also monitored at the volcano in Sorsogon was a steam plume reaching 350 meters high. Sulfur dioxide flux was at 424 tons. 3.8-magnitude earthquake strikes Ilocos Norte

(Eagle News) — A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Norte on Friday, June 24. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:42 a.m. The epicenter was 10 kilometers northwest of Paoay. The depth of focus was 36 kilometers. The following instrumental intensities were reported: Intensity III – Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte Intensity II – Laoag City, Ilocos Norte; Vigan City, Ilocos Sur No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.  

4.0-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental early Tuesday

(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Tuesday, June 21. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:26 a.m. The epicenter was 235 kilometers southeast of Sarangani Island. The depth of focus was 104 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

(Eagle News) — Over 100 volcanic earthquakes were monitored in Bulusan in the last 24 hours. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the 106 volcanic earthquakes included 48 volcanic tremors lasting 20 minutes. (Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar early Sunday, June 12. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 12:59 a.m. The epicenter was 8 kilometers northwest of Jipapad. The depth of focus was 27 kilometers. An instrumental intensity I was reported in Borongan, Eastern Samar. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
