(Eagle News) — A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Norte on Friday, June 24.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:42 a.m.
The epicenter was 10 kilometers northwest of Paoay.
The depth of focus was 36 kilometers.
The following instrumental intensities were reported:
Intensity III – Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte
Intensity II – Laoag City, Ilocos Norte; Vigan City, Ilocos Sur
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
