4.5-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Oriental early Friday

(Eagle News) — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Friday, May 13. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake, an aftershock of the 7.1-magnitude earthquake that hit the province on August 12, hit at 12:14 a.m. The epicenter was 156 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso. The depth of focus was 34 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.  

4.1-magnitude earthquake strikes off Northern Samar

(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Northern Samar on Wednesday, May 11. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 5:24 p.m. The epicenter was 59 kilometers northeast of Mapanas. The depth of focus was 20 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

4.4-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Sunday, May 8. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 7:02 a.m. The epicenter was 112 kilometers southeast of Tarragona. The depth of focus was 79 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

4.3-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Friday, May 6. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 12:40 p.m. The epicenter was 130 kilometers southeast of Tarragona. The depth of focus was 64 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 10:49 a.m. The epicenter was 103 kilometers southeast of Tarragona. The depth of focus was 53 kilometers. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 10:10 a.m. The epicenter was 342 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 168 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
