(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Wednesday, July 13. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 6:40 a.m. The epicenter was 171 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 101 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

4.7-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Tuesday, July 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 12:54 p.m. The epicenter was 331 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 181 kilometers. No damage to property was reported but aftershocks were.  

3.8-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Monday, July 11. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake struck at 6:18 p.m. The epicenter was 30 kilometers northeast of Jose Abad Santos. The depth of focus was 117 kilometers. The following instrumental intensities were reported: Intensity I – General Santos City, South Cotabato; Malungon, Saranggani No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

4.6-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Saturday, July 9. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:08 a.m. The epicenter was 154 kilometers southeast of Sarangani Island. The depth of focus was 38 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

PHIVOLCS: Seven volcanic quakes monitored in Kanlaon in past 24 hours

(Eagle News) — Seven volcanic earthquakes have been monitored in Kanlaon in the last 24 hours. PHIVOLCS: 15 volcanic quakes monitored in Kanlaon in past 24 hours

(Eagle News) — Fifteen volcanic earthquakes were monitored in Kanlaon in the last 24 hours. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, also monitored at the volcano was a weak steam plume. Sulfur dioxide flux was pegged at 151 tons. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 7:53 a.m. The epicenter was six kilometers southwest of Matanao. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 3:56 a.m. The epicenter was 18 kilometers northeast of Prieto Diaz. The depth of focus was 10 kilometers. An instrumental intensity II was felt in Legazpi City. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
