3.8-magnitude quake hits Leyte

(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte today. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 7:34 a.m., had its epicenter 10 kilometers southeast. It had a depth of one kilometer. The following intensities were recorded: Instrumental Intensities: Intensity III – Ormoc City Intensity II – Naval, Biliran Intensity I – Borongan City No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.    

MIAA releases list of operational commercial flights for Sunday, April 19

(Eagle News)–The Manila International Airport Authority has released its list of operational commercial flights. MIAA said the list was for Sunday, April 19: Flight schedules may be subject to changes. All flights are now concentrated in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 in a bid to reduce the risk of exposure of airport workers to COVID-19, MIAA said.
