(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Batanes early Wednesday, Nov. 4. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 1:59 a.m. It had its epicenter 14 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, and a depth of 105 kilometers. It was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

COVID-19 cases in PHL reach 387,161; recoveries rise to 348,967
