Authorities said Liberato Laus, chair of the Laus Group of companies, was killed after the helicopter, with body number RPC8098, crashed in Barangay Anilao at 12:50 p.m. His bodyguard and the pilot were also killed. An investigation into the cause of the incident is still ongoing.
