PAGASA hoists heavy rainfall warning over Metro Manila, nearby areas

(Eagle News)–A heavy rainfall warning has been hoisted over Metro Manila and nearby areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said a yellow warning alert has been hoisted in MetroManila and Cavite. Flooding is expected in flood-prone areas. LTFRB to appeal QC court order vs Edsa provincial bus ban

(Eagle News)–The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board will appeal a Quezon City court’s order to temporarily halt the planned Edsa provincial  bus ban. (Eagle News)–A Quezon City court has temporarily stopped the implementation  of a ban on provincial buses on Edsa. In issuing the writ of preliminary injunction, Branch 223 effectively stopped the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and  the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, among others, from implementing orders pertaining to the ban. PNP nabs 3 men for alleged extort try on Bong Go, others
