(Eagle News) — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Friday, April 7. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 9:43 a.m. The epicenter was 69 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 85 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

Inflation rate eases to 7.6% in March
