PHL logs 243 more COVID-19 deaths; total cases at 2,834,294

(Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the Philippines rose to 2,834,294 on Saturday, Dec. 4, with the addition of 517 cases. According to the Department of Health, of these, 14338 were active. Of the active cases, 911 were asymptomatic, 6350 were mild, 3837 were moderate, 2425 were severe, and 815 were critical. Recoveries climbed to 2,770,726 with the addition of 1139 recoveries. Customs bureau: P6 million worth of smuggled red onions seized in CDO

PHL COVID-19 tally rises to 2,833,878; 235 more deaths logged

(Eagle News) — COVID-19 cases in the Philippines rose to 2,833,878 after the Department of Health reported 544 additional cases. According to the DOH, of the total cases, 14977 were active. Of these, 688 were asymptomatic, 7166 were mild, 3801 were moderate, 2433 were severe, and 889 were critical. Recoveries rose to 2,769,914 with the addition of 734 recoveries. Customs bureau surpasses November collection target by P6.941 billion

(Eagle News) — The Bureau of Customs surpassed its November collection target by P6.941 billion. According to the bureau’s Revenue Collection Monitoring Group, the bureau’s revenue collection of P58.789 billion for last month was 13.39% higher than its target of P51.847 billion.
