Easterlies affecting parts of PHL

(Eagle News)–The easterlies are affecting parts of the country today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said  Mindanao will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers  mostly in the afternoon or evening also due to  localized thunderstorms. PAGASA said Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro will have these conditions too. Light to moderate winds will prevail in those areas, which  will have slight to moderate waters.
