(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Zamboanga del Norte on Thursday, Sept. 17. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 7:32 a.m., had its epicenter 12 kilometers southwest of Baliguian. It had a depth of 41 kilometers and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Wednesday, Sept. 16. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 2:41 a.m., had its epicenter 423 kilometers southeast of Sarangani. It had a depth of 79 kilometers, and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
4.3-magnitude quake jolts Davao Occidental
(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Monday, Sept. 14. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 10:47 a.m., had its epicenter 246 kilometers southeast of Sarangani. It had a depth of 21 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded. Earlier, a 4.5-magnitude earthquake also struck off Davao Occidental.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 2:37 a.m., had its epicenter eight kilometers southwest of Kiblawan. It had a depth of 12 kilometers. An instrumental intensity I was reported in Tupi, Cotabato. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
