3.4-magnitude quake hits Davao del Sur

(Eagle News) — A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Davao del Sur on Thursday, Dec. 19. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 6 kilometers southwest of Sulop at 8:01 a.m. Depth of focus was 7 kilometers. Death toll from Davao del Sur earthquake rises to 11

(Eagle News) — The death toll in the 6.9-magnitude quake that hit Mindanao on Sunday has risen to 11, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said.
