DOJ: COVID-19 cases in BuCor-managed facilities at 301, with Bilibid accounting for most

(Eagle News)–The  number of COVID-19 cases in Bureau of Corrections-managed jail facilities has reached 301, with no new cases so far reported. Dredger runs aground off Zambales; PCG says it is “on top of situation”

4.3-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental waters

(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental waters on Thursday, June 18. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 1:48 a.m., had its epicenter 479 kilometers southeast of Sarangani. It had a depth of 178 kilometers.
